In 2005, Ren launched The Business Reality Network radio program. This talk radio program was designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners reach their entrepreneurial goals. The format includes business advice, business news, guests (entrepreneurs, executives, and subject-matter experts), and calls from the listening audience. In 2007, Ren was awarded The Michigan Small Business Journalist of the Year Award by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Ren stopped broadcasting the show in 2008; however, the radio program will likely return once Ren finishes his book.
